So you want to write for Marvel Reborn?
We have two distinct imprints.
The World Without Heroes imprint takes place after the Heroes gave their lives destroying the entity called Onslaught.
We are not looking for any more ongoing series for WWH at this time. One shots and short mini series will still be considered. When this changes we will let you know.
The Marvel Prime imprint breaks off from continuity just before The Twelve storyline (from the pages of X-Men, etc) began in Marvel’s continuity.
SUBMISSIONS
· The first thing that you need to do before submitting is read some of the tales that have already been written in the imprint that interests you. Learn about the world to which you plan to add.
· Make sure the title you want is open, there is no point in submitting a great proposal only to find out the title already has a writer. If you don't see the title you want on the Titles Page it doesn't mean that it isn't available, all series ideas will be given equal consideration.
· Check the dibs list on the main page of the site. Helps ya find out who is in use or dead.
· Send in a guide for the first arc of your run. The arc can be no more than four issues for the initial run. Be sure to include a list of characters and any character changing things you want to try (such as births, deaths and marriages).
· Please don't be offended if we ask you to make some changes. Despite the wealth of characters in the Marvel Universe, it is inevitable that writers will want to use the same characters occasionally.
· We would like to see an example of your writing, if you have some stuff already on the internet send us a link.
