Iron Man: Abner Jenkins, once the supervillian known as The Beetle, has since picked up where the deceased Tony Stark left off. Recruited by Mainframe to wear the Iron Man armor, Abe has not tried to replace Stark, but to extend his legacy into the future. After circumventing world domination by the Mandarin and the Iron Maniac, Abe has finally gained the trust of the world as the new Shellhead, even though he's desperate to keep his true identity a secret.

James "Rhodey" Rhodes: After Onslaught was defeated and Tony Stark killed, Rhodey tried desperately to fill the large, iron boots left in the wake of the vicious massacre. Deciding his efforts were better used within Stark's estrangled company, he has since helped the company flourish and just avoided a corporate takeover due to the death of Kenjiro Fujikawa. He now oversees Stark/Fujikawa, Inc as the new CEO and occassionally helps the new Iron Man on his missions.

Mainframe: A computer program based on the engrams of the late Tony Stark, Mainframe intially tried to replace Iron Man with only limited success. After foiling a meeting between Baron Zemo and The Beetle, Mainframe has since convinced Abner Jenkins to become the new Iron Man instead. During an investigation into Hammer Industries, Mainframe was discovered and was forced to download into a prototype armor designed by Justin Hammer. His core consciousness corrupted beyond repair, Abe was forced to permanantly delete Mainframe from existence.
